FROM LONG ISLAND AND BROOKLYN Take the Long Island Expressway (LIE; Route 495) to the Queens Midtown Tunnel. Merge onto I-495 W; take 37th St. exit; turn left onto E 37th St. Turn right onto 3rd Ave. Turn left onto E 47th. Turn right onto Park Ave. Turn left onto E 49th.
FROM NEW JERSEY Take the George Washington Bridge to the West Side Highway into New York City. Take a left at 50th Street.         OR
From the Lincoln Tunnel, proceed to I-495 E. Take left exit toward 10th Ave/Points North/West Side Highway. Stay straight. Go onto Dyer Ave. Turn right onto W 42nd St. Turn left onto 8th Ave. Turn right onto W 48th St. Turn left onto Park Ave. Turn left onto E 49th St.
FROM WESTCHESTER AND UPSTATE NY Take the West Side Highway/Henry Hudson Parkway South to 50th Street and turn left onto 50th.

From Penn station, take the E train uptown. Get off at the 53rd and Lexington stop.
 
From Grand Central station, walking is an option since it is only seven blocks away on 42nd street, or take the 6 train uptown one stop to 50th street.
